The next vehicle focus is up, showcasing the Ferrari California grand touring sports car. The California was first launched at the 2008 Paris Motor Show and is the first time "California" has been used to name a Ferrari since the 1950s. When Enzo Ferrari started his race team in 1928 he had no ambitions of creating road cars. Due to the significant price tag attached to racing however Enzo would later have to change his tune. Lucky thing for car enthusiasts as today Ferrari's road cars are as world-renowned for their elegant and aggressive style as they are for power and performance. Ferrari to this day is still a dominant force in F1 racing and they use what they learn on the tarmac to make some of the fastest most nimble super-cars on the market.

TDU2's initial phase of closed beta testing for the PC version of the game has begun and an elite group of dedicated beta testers have been chosen to help ensure Test Drive Unlimited 2 delivers the ultimate blend of exhilaration, open-world racing and luxurious, fast-lane lifestyle living.
Closed beta testers have been selected based on their knowledge of the racing genre, passion for video games, and gaming system requirements. Atari is still reviewing and confirming users’ eligibility and will invite more testers to this elite group as testing progresses.
